Announcement to Readers: I'm Moving

{As I wrote about in Hate Inc., the news business in America has for some time been cleaved into two groups. Roughly speaking, commercial news outlets are right-leaning or “left”-leaning. I put “left” in quotation marks because the orientation of outlets like MSNBC or the Washington Post is not really “left” but “aligned with the Democratic Party,” not the same thing.

This dynamic accelerated in recent years. Because Donald Trump is central to the marketing strategies of most outlets – MSNBC crafts news for Trump haters, Fox for the MAGA set, etc. – political reporting is mostly shaded in pro- or anti-Trump directions. When breaking stories happen (the assassination of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi is just one example) outlets scramble in the first moments to find pro- or anti-Trump angles, because audiences have been trained to look for them.}

I might argue those are other words for the reason to break away from Rolling Stone by a vast degree.

{The media business as constructed is expert at mass-generating binary streams of hot takes and talking points, and selling ads to a public engaged by them. It’s great business: cable profits have soared. But it’s a lousy system for getting to the bottom of difficult subjects, and boy do we have a lot of those to deal with all of the sudden.}

In other words. If you want information that isn't of a conditioning agenda within false narratives and half truths, often falsely manufactured, towards designing a managed perception, independent journalism is the only means to escape their delusional reality.

I have time and time again addressed this very issue right here in this group and on the politics page. {outlets scramble in the first moments to find pro- or anti-Trump angles, because audiences have been trained to look for them} This is a pure sign of people having allowed themselves to have become conditioned.

It's a waste of my time, and theirs, to share an article here that delves into an issue correlated towards both parties, or both establishment MSCM's, and issues both parties have been exposed in committing the same injustices, add any other subject matter here, and see a comment solely pointed towards Trump. Or towards the other party line. What this tells me is that they might not have read the article, or they missed most if not all of the information in the article, only to pronounce their conditioned perception management disdain for any of the above. It tells me also they seem to have no clue what this groups is about. The 2 Welcoming Pages I've posted in the past have already explained to me why that is part of the case. Which quite frankly tells me how appropriate this group is.
