I do not know how to convince people that they are being played by both sides. I just know we are and I have said as much for the past 30 or so years.
BTW, I really need to be well caffeinated before I start typing replies.

@William_Mary Thing is why would I subject someone to going to the store for me? I have 1 N-95 mask left. I used it this morning to go to the grocery store. Got what I needed and got my ass back in my apartment.
I saw people outside that were not wearing a mask (inside the store they were wearing masks) just out for a walk - WTF?!?! I have breathing issues and the amount of fine particles in the air is really high. I really don't know anyone near by that could run to the store for me.
@silverotter11 I have used the same N95 mask for all the six months. I keep it on my front dash so UV strikes it through the day. The mask protects others. It helps the wearer but it is the others who do not get your droplets. It pisses me off that so many do not wear masks and so do not care where their droplets go. But then so many still think there is nothing to worry about. I know that if I get CV19 I'm likely dead. I don't mind.
However I've just bought 40 N95's for just over US$50.00 and I have a face shield on the way. I must not give CV19 to young people but it's OK if they give it to me. One less pension to support.
@rogerbenham Oh I have other cotton masks I use for shopping, I have a tie dyed rainbow one, 2 lavender patterned ones and one with red chilli peppers with green accents. The N-95 was brought out today because of the fine particulates in the air due to the wild fires. Looking on the air quality map I don't think the smoke has reached the far into Canada - yet.
@silverotter11 Of course I'm way too far north but air advisories are in effect for Vancouver and Victoria where 2/3 rds of BC people live.
