Stop Believing US Military Invasions Have Noble Intentions: Notes From The Edge Of The Narrative Matrix

I love how everyone’s just pretending the Afghanistan Papers never happened and the Taliban takeover is some kind of shocking tragedy instead of the thing everyone knew would happen because they’ve been knowingly lying about working to create a stable government this entire time.

Lets just face it. It's basically a lose --- win for the ruling class. Since the Carter administration was conned into interfering in the Russian attempt to help the socialist government there keep control by the ruling classes CIA, there's been roughly 5 decades of infraction chaos between corrupt governing and corrupt militant groups. They managed to keep a socialist government from building a relationship with Iran, and from building a foot print in the middle of precious resources they wanted during these 5 decades. And the Taliban don't currently have the means to extract or develop diplomatic relationships to benefit from the resources.

Through the various corrupt government officials produced, along with their family members, who were allowed to scare or kill off poppy farmers taking full control, they still have their strangle hold on the heroine trade. After all, they paid millions in managing that structured crime organization. I'll go out on the limb to say they most likely already have this aspect worked out. I'll even suggest the talks between the US and Taliban, where the Afghan government was supposedly left out, were probably on this issue. The only thing left now is another round of scare and kill for the Taliban to have the control. That's if they haven't already ran off with the billions they made. They probably have.

Can’t figure out why Americans keep consenting to a government foreign policy of piracy and mass murder which is killing people by the millions via starvation and military violence. All that theft must be buying them awesome benefits like great healthcare and quality of life. Americans must be the happiest most thriving people in the world.

We're being lead into the worse economic downfall, on purpose I'll suggest, while we will also be looked upon as a collective society that stood silent while our government released hell on the world to take the blame for. All indications apparently suggest that only a large scale war is on the horizon, in which we have no legitimate claim to defend ourselves over. I'm fairly certain our representation doesn't have the empathy to ask the world for forgiveness for our trespasses, allowing us to make reparations of some sorts. Hell, they won't even attempt to con us with a better society to fight as the controlling empire of the planet. They still simply attempt to con us into believing everything is hunky dory fine.

{So many movies depict young men coming home from World War 2 like “Howdy Ma, hey Pop, boy it’s great to be home, now I gotta go see about that girl!” instead of hollowed out husks who’d go on to live out miserable half-lives beating their children and trying to drink away their trauma.}

The delusional reality our society has been delivered to us about WWII is criminal. WWI up to today quite frankly.

In the On Contact discussion we learn another aspect of WWII. As posted before we learned the US was secretly sending petroleum to Germany while the FED and bank of England financed the Nazi's. Along with US companies that also played a role. This isn't new information if you looked in the right places. Danny Sjursen claims though that while the above was being played out Roosevelt and Churchill were secretly meeting months before WWII drawing up war plans.

WWII America’s historical myths

On the show this week, Chris Hedges discusses the historical myths about World War II with Danny Sjursen, Retired US Army Major, author and historian. Knowledge, or what the historian Howard Zinn called the knowledge industry, is a vital form of power. Yes, the ruling elite’s monopoly on force is a direct form of power, but just as important, as Zinn points out, is the ability to shape perceptions about our origins and identity, inculcating beliefs and narratives that legitimate and often glorify the centers of power.

The knowledge industry, which consists of universities, colleges, schools and the mass media, Zinn argues, is not primarily about truth but deception. Truth is dangerous. It implodes the myths and lies used to legitimate the status quo and the ruling elite’s monopoly on violence. Most knowledge, Zinn argues, is not directly bought. Rather, it serves the centers of power by perpetuating the dominant narrative or squandering itself in trivia or esoteric inquiry, which has little relevance to our lives and does almost nothing to illuminate our past or our present. Historians, seeking tenured positions, generous grants and academic prizes, understand that their careers are best advanced if they eschew the larger, transcendental truths in the name of objectivity or neutrality. And thus, the facts, which all ruling elites want hidden, remain in darkness. Most celebrated historians are little more than apologists for power.
