ISIS Attacks in DR Congo: A New Phase of a Western Scheme for Resource Plunder
The new president of the Democratic Republic of the Congo is asking for US help to fend off an alleged ISIS threat.
We have here what looks like another manufactured illusion for resources being perpetrated again in collaboration of both parties, in which innocent people are being forced from their homes and or slaughtered, by ghost entities. Obviously you need one or more intelligence agencies, a willing collaborative government or group, supportive outside sources of funding and planning, and in this case an enemy to the area to draw in a partnership towards invasion and or interaction. We now have manufactured an assembly of ghost entities all with western government ties. While one of those entities may actually be an actual ghost only in proclamation, ISIS. Install the fear! If word doesn't work, make it happen.
