It is all a crap shoot, but I said "impeach" during trump's Inaugural speech and now I think it is too late. He has run on a loose leash, held oh so loosely by Mitch McConnell and his boys in the Senate, for this long and impeaching him would mean Nothing. Let's destroy him at the ballot box and by now it's- Anyone Except Trump. Just a little time to catch our collective breath and try to figure how much damage has been done and what can be done about it.

Each parties partisan hack supporters do the same thing to their presidents and politicians. It's their side. They put lipstick on a pig and don't even stop there because then they call it a beauty queen. If you point out all the bad things their president does, that the other sides presidents do too (only a little bit worse), then they justify it somehow. Obama bombed 7 countries? Well he inherited it from GWB, and he's fighting terrorists. Obama supported corporations more than the people? Well he's trying to bring us all together so the corporations work for us. Obama continued GWB surveillance state with the NSA and illegally and immorally spies on us? Well he's just trying to protect us from terrorists. Obama jails whistle blowers? Well they're traitors to the U.S. Trump bars certain reporters from the White House? Fascist!!! You mean Obama can jail people who expose corruption though? Lol People will actually say that I support Trump and justify him barring a reporter from the White House because of what I said. No. That's not what that means! Neither is good, but people will be hypocrites with it.

@St-Sinner Good for who? World dominance by the U.S. is better than nationalistic agenda by the right wing? The U.S. government IS right wing. Do you think the Dems are going to save us? They are part of the imperialist actions the government partakes in. The U.S. invades nations and bombs their people. They did it to Iraq to justify a war on terror, but did it for oil. They are currently doing the same to Venezuela under the same guise of getting rid of a "far left dictator". It's all still brown people they are killing and invading. I don't see how one can be good and one can be bad. They both lead to the same thing pretty much even though they might have a different agenda of how to get there. World domination for economic and corporate reasons vs the same plus hating "people of color". Both bad. Good people don't bomb others and take over their resources based on lies and propaganda.

- Highest per capita income
- Highest per capita education
- Most enviable democracy
- Most Olympics hosting nation
- Most LGBT friendly nation
- Least religious country
@St-Sinner Well once again, I think you are separating the U.S. government and right wing. If you weren't then world dominance in the context you explained could be good, yes. World dominance is usually in the context of military might. The U.S. might have once been the way you explain, but no more. It was also my mistake in interpreting your comment in the context of military might, but now I know what you mean. Thank you for explaining.
