Democratic Rep. Tulsi Gabbard Advises Koch-Funded University Center
The center's director has ties to neo-Confederate figures.
Another, hmmmmm, moment for Gabbard's. They just keep coming, and coming.
{Ralph Wilson, co-founder of the activist group UnKoch My Campus and now an independent researcher, told Sludge, “Gabbard’s involvement [with CSS] shows just how successfully the Koch network has duped public figures into legitimizing their dangerous ideology and political agenda.”}
{Former Ohio Rep. Dennis Kucinich, who is generally viewed as a left-wing Democrat but has defended Trump on Fox News on several occasions, is another advisor to the center.}
I fell for this dudes shit back in the day myself. Yes, I'm in Ohio. He ran for a position not to long ago, a couple to few years, after a lengthy spell away from politics. Started following him on facehack thinking I'd vote for him. And man did his true colors start coming out with his post and groups he was associating with.
This is what the Koch's do! I've posted articles to this nature on them before. They take what appear to be good groups and advocates with nice catchy names, like a lot of foundations and philanthropies, providing a sense of social concern in their name and written agendas and dupe society for donations as they disguise the true nature and agenda. Occasionally turning good groups to bad ones. While I didn't agree much with the Tea Party, mainly the people in it, it started out with a righteous agenda, kind of. But it was quickly bought out by the Koch's and other nationalist groups in which many of the original founders left recognizing what they were going to be used for. Now it operated by those and supported by people who don't seem to know what the actual tea party was about.
