In other words. As the agenda was slowly exposed and seen by US citizens, they had to resort to creating an enemy. Which began shortly after 1974 in the later 70's in Afghanistan. Afghan Charlie might ring a bell? They've been creating our enemies ever since which also created a distraction, continuing the Latin America agenda creating opposition to democratically elected socialist style governments to overthrow.
