The deception of a liar.
In the last debate Joe Biden claimed his average campaign contribution was $43. The highest contribution being the legal $2800. He spouted this off after Sanders confronted him, along with it, a loud choir of applause and cheers. Biden must believe everyone is totally ignorant to Pac's and Bundlers. Review the profiles of the types of Bundlers who also Pac donations which are about to donate to this liar at a fundraiser. These are the very same type of people that fix problems. Say for an example, a problem exposed about you in Ukraine. And people that have decided our tax dollars are there as a welfare check to them when their, or their clients, schemes crash in on them. They depend on a politician like Biden to make that possible. Just asked Obama how that works. See the pattern yet?

Many small donations would bring the average down... Just because he has very large contributors doesn't mean everyone is donating thousands of dollars...

Or Biden is calculating one group of donors from another group. Either way it's a deception!
@William_Mary the way I see it is if a few hundred donate millions, the many millions who donate fifty dollars or less will bring the overall average way down... But who knows, he may have "cooked " the books... It's speculation to me...
