This may sound weird to a lot of people so I'll comment here as I think you will understand what I say.
To me it looks like the dems are not terribly interested in winning the WH in November. It is a show, far too many on the left are making way to much money for this gravy train to end.
The dismantling of every thing that was and is designed to help most Americans (and there was not a fuck of a lot to start with IMHO) and the environment is on the chopping block, it is a show that the dems are against trump's pogroms - at least 30% of the dems are in it for the money and power.
Back in 2008 when the gop put McCain and Palin out there it just did NOT feel like a serious effort. Palin?!?! really hahahahaha
Out of all the candidates right now I have to say i like Bernie and I think the majority of Americans do too at this point. But what do we see? MSM who spout how against trump they are trashing an extremely viable candidate.
I did not watch the debates - APATHY!!! is why. dems lost in 2016 because of dislike for hillary and apathy because Bernie (IMHO) should have been the candidate.
It really does not matter, as we have covered b4, both sides are bad and unless an independent or progressive gets in the rape and pillage of America will continue. 
Could be I just slept badly and the demons are rearing their ugly head.

I think that you are absolutely correct.
No, it's just hard to face a day when you actually know the reality. And although you force yourself to face these days in hope for change it seems futile because of those around us living in a delusional conditioned reality.

Totally agree! Break things down issue by issue and the majority of people agree with Democratic Socialism! 
What a horrible idea! I care about people I don’t know and if the US was more in this mindset, or rather, if they’d get up out of their hellhole of a reality and vote the corruption and evil out then this country might actually be worth a damn.
