The human diet is not based on eating other animals. Humans do not have the morphology or digestive system of a carnivore. Eating meat is a cultural adaption, and not an evolutionary one.
More people really need to wake up to this lifestyle. It's not that hard!!!!

I hear nothing but excuses as to why is hard. People think that they are losing something in the process.
Humans are selfish. 
@Wildgreens Most are used to their lifestyle and don't want to change. They won't bother even to look at any video or read a book because it might get them to thinking. People are basically lazy.
When I was diagnosed with GERD I talked to a specialist and asked what life style changes could I make so as to not take any prescription medications. He was actually impressed as he said mos people don't want to know these things. All they want is to take a pill and get on with their lives. I am somewhat anally proactive when it comes to my health.
