Made it tonight, if you have egg substitute it might be better than the oat milk. The oat milk wasn’t really viscous enough to make the breadcrumb mix stick well. Still yummy though. They were also out of sriracha sauce, so just used hot sauce, sweet chilli and vegan mayo 😊

Thank you. Copied this for my recipe list. A good use for Cauliflower. I don't have the Sriracha sauce but I can add something to the vegan mayonnaise.

Yes, I think vegan mayonnaise with a bit of sweet chilli sauce in would be good for me, but my partner likes the hotness in the restaurant one, so will probably splash out on sriracha, if I can find it 😉

@girlwithsmiles Actually, we have a guy here who makes a special hot sauce which is so popular it is sold on the mainland. It's called Chicaoji [chicaoji.com] Might work.
