Made a nice little side dish/healthy afternoon snack and thought I'd share! Dice tomatoes (i usually prefer a large handful or two of jewel tomatoes), cucumbers (1 large), 1 and 1/2 cup of broccoli (you can also add olives and onions for more texture) toss in a bowl with crushed basil, oregano, and garlic powder and a tablepoon of extra virgin olive oil. I usually chill or for about 30 minutes before serving.

had a maybe not so healthy little afternoon snack. a slice of srawberry rhubarb pie topped with some yogurt & a slice of old cheddar cheese. but it sure tasted good.

Oh also I found out that adding a little bit of mustard releases things from broccoli that are good for your health. Yes it was a highly technical article and that was what my brain remembers of it! But still, may be worth a go 
I saw an online recipe for tofu 'ceviche' just yesterday that looks interesting and sounds delicious -- much like your snack.
The biggest difference in theirs was to whisk together all the spices at the beginning with some flavorful vinegar(cider, red wine or malt) and marinate the tofu overnight in the fridge before mixing in the veggies.
Yours looks a lot quicker. They didn't mention broccoli but that sounds great.
They did mention avocado. I'm looking forward to making this sort of thing a staple and experimenting some.
