Pretty soon so much of our flesh and blood will be transformed to wires and machines we will exist in mind only (and that too will be replaced). One of the biggest problem is not too many births but too few of us dying. What good is a fertility goal when many will be living to 100+? This age gap is what's alarming demographers today and causing places as China to up their allowing women to have more births. Of course we all want optimum health but we also have to see the overall cost to the support system that sustains many forms of life.
