I will remember this trick. I have a couple that are vegan magicians and was told Chickpea water is a great egg replacer.

Yes. It's strange. There's a name for it, which escapes me. But it can be used to make mayonnaise etc.

I would need the organic version as far as the sugar.

I use stevia. great low cal vegan plant, so has a great for cereal and you can cook with it.It has the ratio of sugar to Stevia. Located With other sugars in Walmart grocery.
