Thanks for this. Unfortunately I see eggs and flour. I am GF and have an asymptomatic reaction to eggs (especially the whites). Perhaps, I should attach a recipe that can be adapted to egg and glutenfree.

@Sheannutt I thought I didn't either but then took a blood antigen test and eggs and soy showed up. I have a bit of an acid reflux problem (also asymptomatic) and the latest test showed some ribbing in my esophagus. A comment was made it was probably due to food allergies so I took the test. I am the type that wants to deal with health issues from a lifestyle change manner. No prescription medications. So far it has worked.
I sometimes use honey and often use sugar albeit smaller amounts. Our local health food store sells sucant sugar [livinghealthymom.com] It is less refined and dark brown.
