Stirfry tonight, farmers market had Broccoliraab and Chinese eggplant... I made allot and lots of different things but it came together pretty quickly. My first time working with Chinese’s eggplant and it was great, even the kids that don’t like the regular eggplant liked it... I was trying to recreate a Sri Lankan recipe and although that was a fail it was Uber delicious. The Raab I did in olive oil and garlic, more of an Italian recipe but it still all was great together. The main stirfry had Onions carrots, red peppers, mushrooms, tofu, soy sauce, Tumerick, ginger and black pepper. ... a few other things, ...over jasmine rice.
