Blend ginger garlic onions chillis in oil and a bit water until a loose wet paste. Reduce in large pan adding Corrientes tumric cummin cinnamon . Then when cooked add coconut milk and reduce again until sauce starts to split. Add syrup from pineapple can. Serve with mixed roast vegetables, banana and pineapple chunks. X
