I read 'Food is the Solution' over the holidays, and I moved more towards a plant based diet.

Thank you for sharing that. 💚
If only this world would comprehend this.💚

Watched part of it and knew where it was going. Just today I saw a report that, supposedly, there exists enough grain today to feed all humans to 2050. Problem is most of that grain goes to feed animals which then feed humans. If one is concerned about hunger in the world they need to switch totally to a plant based diet!!!

Exactly!!
Humans are selfish and don’t care about living creatures that have feelings that want to also live.😢☹️

@Wildgreens Not all but a large number. It's funny but people love animals as pets but don't think twice when they end up on the dinner plate. When we were in Viet Nam there were signs advertising cats and dogs on the menu.

Make the change over time so you can maintain it

I gave up 'red' meat thirty years ago. I usually eat fish or fowl three or four times a week,
but so far this year I've gone almost entirely meatless. I've haven't given up eggs or dairy completely but I've cut back quite a bit. I plan to try to work at least one raw vegetarian dinner in to my regimen each week.
