Are there others here who have food (or other substances) allergies and intolerances? If so what are they? Do you still eat/use them if the reactions are minor? It’s always so much fun for me to be a vegan with many allergies. I’m allergic or intolerant to strawberries, kiwi fruit, most nuts, spicy anything, soy, other beans (especially black beans), but I still use them in moderate amounts because I can deal with my reactions to them. I’ve recently developed a severe allergy to bananas and can no longer eat them. This is hard for me as I loved bananas and there are so many great recipes that use them.

I am allergic to anything grown with pesticides particularly sugar and wheat...Glyphosate in the pesticides used to ripen wheat and used on other crops like rape seed are endocrine disruptors. Endocrine disruptors damage the gut.

I am allergic to wheat and dairy and sometimes I take a chance if I really fancy something, but it also seems very easy to have a limited diet ; oh I would hate to have a reaction to bananas I pretty much live on them - sometimes when I get a poor reaction to something previously ok it goes if I avoid it for a bit
