Having learned the wine I was drinking was not vegan I hit Trader Joe’s today, Delicious organic vegan wine from Spain and it goes amazingly well with these vegan brownie crisps... I really do eat healthy but I like to treat myself as well, it’s not always easy to be vegan so make sure you stay happy doing it. It took some googling & label reading, asked an employee, thought wine is grapes, of course it’s vegan... she meant well, I explained and figured it out myself. ,,,,that also describes what it’s usually like to be vegan.

I don't drink, but how would wine not be vegan?

The filtering process uses animal products, I’m extreamly sensitive to it and have found less chance of a hangover or a migraine trigger with the vegan ones... I am an extream case.. I was raised on soy formula as an infant because I had a milk allergy... if it doesn't cause you s problem I would not worry about too much unles you are concerned with the animal ethics aspect... I became vegan specifically because I was in massive weekly debilitating pain... I’m not vegan to tell others what to do but if what I have leaned helps someone looking for a solution that’s great🙂

Oh, and since you don’t drink... I guess part of what I wrote is irrelevant, I’m having a beer with an old fried, we will drink to you, cheers

What a lovely photo!

I agree. You've got to stay happy being a vegan. I love red wine!
