If only I don't have so many allergies. Cannot have strawberries, bananas, oranges. I hate cherries (but love raspberries). I have mangoes and blueberries, may be some pineapples, blackberries, or raspberries, in my daily morning smoothie (with my complete plant-based supplement powder, and almond milk). Mmmmmmm. I love having apple slices with a little coconut sugar and cinnamon as snacks.

@Sheannutt Lucky you. I have quite a few food allergies and intolerances, plus environmental, animal, chemical, medical, and other allergies. They never give me enough space in forms to list all my allergies. LOL. But I still live a full and active life. I make it work.

@Sheannutt I am the same. Strong scents trigger migraines for me. I'm allergic to most metals, latex (banana allergy is related to latex allergy), chemicals in detergents and soaps, insect bites, some antibiotics. A restaurant almost killed me once by accidentally serving me tonic water instead of ginger ale (the lighting was dim so I couldn't tell the colour of what I was drinking but I was a bit suspicious although they kept insisting it was ginger ale). I don't drink tonic water so I didn't know drinking it would put me into anaphylaxis until that day.

For me, the apples actually brought on an infection! I have a short bridge and biting into apples caused a lot of pressure on the anchor teeth. One can actually bruise their gums in that too much pressure can harm microscopic nerves in the gums. This bruising led to an infection which, in the end, led to a dead root and a root canal. Apples should be cut before eating.

I had some marmalade today.. Does that count?

Yep....and I do! Already had 2 bananas, 2 tangerines and a handful of blueberries today.

@Sheannutt I actually like them a little green.. And they're more carb resistant that way... less sugar.

@Sheannutt I like them best with brown speckles too 🙂

@RobLawrence ??? I eat lots of fruit everyday. This is nothing new. Also, it's commonly known that people who eat plant-based diets don't have constipation or get colon cancer like people who eat junk do. Just one of the added benefits of being vegan.

@RobLawrence ok...sorry I missed the humor in it...hard to tell sometimes. I get mocked a lot for what I eat...didn't mean to be so defensive.

Most mornings right now I eat refrigerator oatmeal for breakfast. I puree fruits, and then mix the fruits, yogurt, oatmeal, chia seeds, honey, and flax meal in bowls and stick in in the fridge. Usually I mix it up on 5 bowls up on Sunday evening and grab one every morning.

You sound like me. It looks like rabbits live in my refrigerator... mostly produce. That's a good idea making enough of that for the whole week cause it's a pain to do it every day.

@TheoryNumber3 I like my mornings simple and relaxed. I have to feed the cats, get my breakfast, check my websites, take pills, drink coffee, grab my lunch and go to work. And now I see that it is a good thing I live alone.

@HippieChick58 You have time to work?

@TheoryNumber3 IKR! But counting the days to retirement, in the meantime somehow the bills gotta be paid and being without health insurance is not a good option.
