Working the night shift, we're short staffed with 2 emergency theatres running a patient in CT and another in cath lab. Love the night shift! Oh and someone's headbutted an angle grinder! That was the handover!

Because of patient confidentiality he does not tell us much. He does, however, tell us that patients suffer as there are not enough staff or staff who really care.
I hope the RN requirements remain very high as it requires a knowledgeable person to work in this field. Thanks for what you do!
