Richest for whom? This country is not inclusive and many "poorer" countries actually have a much better safety net for people. It's all based on a tax base and when that base is low so are benefits and infrastructure.

Don't waste it do as much as you are able because one small fall or the wrong cold can handicap you for the rest of your life. Enjoy your retirement.

Glad to hear you can afford to retire , but I'm not so sure we are the richest country any more . A lot of huge Metropolitan areas are basically being abandoned , schools aren't being supported , life supporting natural resources are running short due to contamination , government agencies which cleaned the air , are being dismantled so that corporations can continue to contaminate the water and soil .

But at what price have we worked? Why have we made a compromise chain along professions, allowing the terradestruction? Richness is (positively) not only a moral guarantee, it is also a moral responsibility. We must repair the system, focusing on #terrarespect and #terraprotectivity . No wise human burns his/her own house. First do not harm. #terrasolidarity
