So, the stray cat that I've been feeding decided to bring her kittens into my garage. They are safe from the severe heat and thunderous rain now. She settled behind my AC. Her name now is Tyger. Babies are unnamed for now. They are about 3 weeks old. As soon as they are old enough we are taking mom and babies to be spayed/neutered.

As a long-time pet "sitter," I've recently had to STIFFEN MY SPINE because I've been caring for FOUR seven-week kittens who are almost illegally adorable. Good luck to you! Realize that shelters are overwhelmed with kittens right now...May being the month most kittens are born....

I think that’s the difference between men & women.. And why the balance between the two can work … for awhile.

Good idea. This invasive species is responsible for killing billions of birds and wildlife, making entire species go extinct, and in spreading deadly diseases in both humans and wildlife populations.

Plus the habit of all cats of spraying walls to mark territory is said to be responsible for countless house fires when they hit a wall outlet

One of the World's Biggest Extinction Crises Is Being Caused by Cats [news.vice.com]

Reality check for cat lovers..cats are prolific killers, spread disease to humans and wildlife

@Akfishlady Yup..we're the ones responsible for introducing the destructive invasive species that destroy local wildlife. It's sickening.

@Akfishlady So what? Adding more domestic cats to the mix only makes it WORSE. You seem to be a troll.

@Akfishlady I've had this discussion with SO MANY PEOPLE....domestic cats have no business outside--EVER! Millions of song birds are killed every year, not to mention small reptiles, butterflies, etc, by feral cats. Once again...we've made a mess of things.
