What is on my mind.
The "Religious Liberty Law"....
How nice that I served my country in the US Army only to have a bunch of religious thugs buy politicians..and get laws past that protests them, and makes people like them their target, and future victim.
Oh, I've been attacked by "believers" in the past.
They even came after my girlfriend.
They violated her 4th Amendment...did an illegal investigation on her.
The DA's off ice caught on it...and apologized..and put a black mark on the officer who did it.
But the "believer" went out and literary called people on the phone and slandered her.
This was about 5 years ago...and every so often that slander pops up.
Well Mr Christian got caught about three years ago when he, his wife and her cousin stole American Flags, off veterans graves, buried in a historical cemetery here in Texas.
They then broke the American Flags in half, and tossed them in the garbage.
They busted the cousin...and he quickly ratted them out. He got demoted on his city job, among a couple of other things.
The other two, hauled ass out of the state to avoid 24 counts of grave robbing and so on.
That is what "Christan's" do ....
Oh, and the "Christian" man stole the commissions from a US Marine Vet, who was also a cancer survivor and literally a 9-11 First Responder.
And a women.
So when she got her commissions back, he was telling people "she stole" from him...
Yup....real "Christian" are they...
So now the "Religious Liberty Law" empowers them.
Having studied the French Revolution in college....I can tell you this...
There were lots of reasons why the French were chopping the heads off priests and why the streets ran red with their blood.....

Thanks for sharing this. Let's not forget that these "good X-tians" are IN office, right up to the top. Our secular gov't is under a direct attack by people who have an agenda, who are organized, and who have great power. The RL law is anything but. It mainly gives special power to practice X-tianity. It should be called The Christian Special Powers Act. =\

Religions as well as gods were invented by man to control people especially women. Also so they did not have learn why things happen just claimed gods or devils did them.

I’m also pretty pissed off about having wasted 4 years of my life on this nation. If I had known what we’d become I wouldn’t have done it.

Yeah, you would've.

I feel that way at times myself.....
This is one reason I am for the return of the draft...
Bring all these little "darlings" into the military and deploy them.
Put their asses on line....
Then tell them, sorry.....we don't need you anymore and don't expect help on anything....but you can pray.....

@zeuser I think I’m more qualified to say what I would or would not have done. No, I wouldn’t.

@rainmanjr you're right, you certainly do know yourself better than I do. I withdraw the comment. I'm gonna keep trying to turn things around here, I think there's still a chance.

Glad you got this off of your chest, bro. Plenty of decent christers out there too, but your experience with these guys rankles for sure. You oughta run for office, and even if you don't I do hope you are doing your part to kick these idiots out of office. That's a great way to positively channel the anger and resentment. Good luck to you.

Thanks....but to be honest with you...I think I'd scare the hell of out them....lol
Balanced budget...oh, I WILL make that happen....and then watch them squeal.....
I did get through to one bible pounder the other day.....
I live in Texas....here they have cut corporate taxes to the bone....
But who makes up for that lost tax revenue?
The people of Texas of course....
So I pointed out to him that with the court case that went to the Supreme Court about political donations...which gave corporations tons of influence with the politicians...
And well the people go the short end of that stick....my take on it is this...
Oh here in Texas we don't have a state income tax....we have a property tax....and depending upon where you are....it could be like 26000.00 for a house or higher....anyway....
Well the guy owns a home...pays the taxes....
I pointed out to him, that since he pays all this in taxes...and the corporations don't but they can donate like mad ....and they now see corporations as living "beings"...should it or wouldn't or isn't it only fair that these "beings" with all these "rights" now...pay the same percentage YOU DO IN TAXES?
One thing I learned about people like that....they do love Jesus and God....but the only thing they love more than Jesus or God is that ALMIGHTY DOLLAR.......
LOL...and if you want to get their attention bring up the dollar.......lol
