A consider myself a staunch atheist ... But my main concern is not with people believing in all sorts of gods, but with an increased presence of religiosity in the media. Recently I watched a program on the A(ustralian)BC and it was full of godshit. Some lecturer in physics who went on about her belief in some obscure god, followed by an entire congaline similar cases.

I don't have a television, partly because of stuff like this. It feels liberating to be shielded from this subtle propaganda.

"My god can beat up your god" seems to be everywhere, politics, movies, wars (all of them), hospitals, bakery's now, and yes media too. Not one broadcast TV well known news 'talking head', will contest a so called 'miracle' report.
I wish there was a #TimesUp movement for religion. I know, wishing is just like praying, so thats why I'm here on Agnostic.com, trying to step out of the godshit of our world.

It's something to consider when choosing what to watch or keep watching.

Actually I was not in charge of the remote control, but it was a program I used to watch.

@PontifexMarximus ah yes, understood
