And this is one of the reasons i hate religion - walking through town, and there is a JW stall, (irrelevant as to the demonination, just the ones who happened to be there ) with prostetelysesers with their texts, trying to 'save' people. Not 10 feet away, a homeless person, with dog, ex alcoholic (I've spoken to him) but trying, with no religion, to do and get better. My question, what the fuck are the 'caring' religious people doing spending money and time on converting others rather than spending it on their supposed Christian charity of actually helping people? Church fucking roofs and tied sites needing repair, oh no! Real fucking people with real fucking problems, not of your 'demonination' , well they just don't fucking matter, do they? I hate, HATE religions, 99 % of them, and their god can fuck right off too, ifthe cunt even existed. Non-existant wankbadger. Rant over, return to normal service. .

It makes you wonder if things used to be different... after all to be called a "Christian" used to mean to be a charitable, good person. But thats a meaning that goes back a hundred years. Ayn Rand has a lot to answer for.

Wankbadger? That's a new one. Have to remember it!

Don't hold back now, tell us how you REALLY feel 😉

I have long advocated for tax exemptions for churches to be granted only to the extent they do community charitable work. Here in the colonies the tax people have a concept called "member benefit organizations" which is how the churches (and lodges, etc) get away with tax free worship centers, member indoctrination, etc. I have no problem with a church running a food kitchen or even visiting / comforting the sick (if they don't preach at them uninvited) but worship services, Sunday School, and the like? No. Just no.

I hear you, and I agree. However, do I love the Thai Buddhists..they even give their leftovers to the local wild Thai dingo dogs.

In some provinces, wild dogs line up to be groomed by the locals, who stop by on their motorbikes to gain Karma points.
