I hate to be needlessly dependent on anyone or anything, but when you have DNS server issues and are reduced to trying to fix the problem by talking on the phone to some person reading some script, . . .

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.I called HP and stated right out, "I need to send my computer back for service". After a half hour of going through his script he said, "You need to send your computer back for service". Glad that was settled.
