How many of the 358 were rich? Prison is for the poor, is the ameriKKKan way of justice.

Way too many! On t.v. it's all about finding the true perpetrator. But too often in real life it's all about just getting a conviction so somebody can feel good or look good.

I knew a couple of grad students in KY who worked on the innocence project and they thought about 10% of inmates on death row were innocent of the capital charges

Awesome that they are working for the IP. 10% unbelievable. The country has to do something about this. It's a human rights violation. One reason why think no one, even felons, should lose their right to vote.

A lot. Prosecutorial misconduct is a serious problem.

So many. One of my cousins works for The Innocence Project in Ohio and he firmly believes that at least 5% of the prison population is at least innocent of the crime for which they are serving time.

I am glad they have this option now
