Ahhh. Hello all in Heathenville (or as I fondly have called it Heathens-r-us, Heathen Central, 99cent-heathen-store). It's early, I'm 50, I'm hungover like a motherfucker, and I'm going to take a little run so that I may even feel worse than I do now.

Before you laud over my choice to have a "healthy" lifestyle, just know these things:

  1. If there was alcohol in the house, I'd be doing this run tipsy.

B) If there was an actual established outlet for my libido, I wouldn't be doing this run at all (heh heh)

  1. And I know I put B for 2. Did that just to vex you all in the morning.

So yeah, a run, some salad, and some wholesome, god fearing clean living... ain't I grand?
