My mail envelope , has a number 1 attached to it , but that one won't open . When it says 2 , one of them will open , but not the last one . It's been like that for several days . My apologies if someone sent me a letter and I haven't responded .

Mine only worked for the first week, then it began constantly showing me having a message when I don't, or not notifying me if I have a message. I've notified the website IT several times, then gave up.
