Hitler was at least a decorated war veteran.

No little mustache and dark hair. Oh and Hitler was a lot smarter!

Not sure about the smarter though. They both conned enough people and leaders to take over.

Hitler got 43% of the pop vote, just over 17 million, while Trump got 46%, and roughly 60 million votes.

Trump is a better con man in my estimation. Either way, their countries and populations are the really big losers.

@josephr Hitler fought in the First world war and was wounded. He had some artistic skills and knew how to write and went to prison. He was a bastard (in the literal sense). Yes he was a megalomaniac. But had more guts than tRump could ever muster. TRump is a spoiled, stupid narcissistic fool and only got elected because of circumstances (Russians, Comey, and stupid people). Circumstances (the depression) also led to Hitlers victory. What most people don't know is that he was considered for the Peace prize because he did a lot for the German people in the beginning.

@JackPedigo Yes he did help Germany recover after the allies made them pay for the WW1. But at a steep cost to both Germany and the world. The perceived quick-fix was what the Germans chose in the 1930s, and one Americans chose in 2016. Looks to me like a similar play, but we're still only in act 2. LLOL

@josephr Luckly, we have more options and say than the Germans in 1933. Also, the economy is good which is driving tRump. When it crashes so will he!

@JackPedigo Absolutely you do. I also hope that Trump is gone before the economy crashes. And actually, that it doesn't crash, merely, readjusts. LLOL

@josephr It will take an 'adjustment' in the economy to force people to wake up. How many times have we been down this road before and hoping for a little 'fizz' instead of a bubble break?

@JackPedigo Yes, it's about generational amnesia, an obvious weakness in our educational systems. If animals were as effective as humans in teaching their young, they would have been extinct millennia ago. It is one of our least effective skills as a race, So we just keep repeating history.
