Isn't it the fact that he is a vet and and he never asked what the kitten's medical issue was...and proceeds to handle it like a child...the vetinary nurse or assistant doesn't tell him that the kitten has a heart issue..and probably shouldn't be handled like that as it could kill it...
So they are both guilty of bad practice??
