Its an absolutely glorious june day. I am off to see student nurses in practice at a local hospital by the seaside. I may just treat myself to icecream and a walk on the prom. Have a lovely day. Sunscreen if you need it. Xxx

Sounds relaxing. I had a long hike and an ice cream cone today myself. Every day, in fact. I live six minutes from the Gulf of Thailand, by motorbike.
