The same applies to Latin America or Asia. In Latin America all us white boys are Gringo or Extranjeros, that's why I help out Americans who are behaving badly in Latin America, usually because they don't bother to learn Espanol. I don't do it to help the Americans, I do it to help the Latins and to help myself as a Canadian who gets lumped in with those ignorant Norte Americanos.
