What is pride, anyway. I am GRATEFUL to be in a country with certain freedoms and resources and traditions. But NOT proud. I personally exerted no effort to be born here. Plus, I am increasingly dismayed by the arrogant ignorance on display here in Trump's 'Murica. ?

My pride derives from my heritage. People came here, strived, suffered, survived and passed respect down through generations to me.
We will triumph over this buffoon as well, because we have too much pride in what our ancestors have created to let him wreck it.
