You can thank sports figures for these CEO"S wages. When they saw them getting millions for a season they said hey I am worth as much as they are many times over and so started the ridiculous pay's these people receive.

I am still working on why ANY sports figure is worth enough that the average wage earner cannot attend their games more than once a year.
@NormCastle You need to make a lot of money to pay those wages and make millions for the owner. If these games were boycotted maybe the salary's would be more reasonable.
@NormCastle I gave up on pro sports, in general, when free agency arrived. You could see the handwriting on the wall at that turning point; it became completely about $$$ from then on.
