Back in 2000 I built some homes for the rich and famous on the island of Mustique in the Caribbean this was what every landing was like getting onto the island after flying into Barbados to catch the Twin Otter to Mustique.

The island is private and is a who's who of the rich and famous, I worked on David Bowie's house and lived next door to Mick and Bianca Jagger, plus a slew of other celebs but it is only 1.5 miles wide by 3 miles long. The airstrip is between two hills so you always have to land on the downhill slope of one hill in order to have enough room to roll out, leaving means taking off into the other hill.

Awww heck....its all an art. I've got some stories but it only made since to another pilot.the more stream line you are .... the more airspeed and runway you need. Pilots are so worried about the brakes wearing out. Use them!

This video is more typical as the damn stall alarm would always go off just before landing as you come in over a hill top and the pilot has to stall the plane to fall onto the runway,
