I hate the sound of redundant home fireworks as much as I hate the sound of screaming children and Nascar.

I used to enjoy fireworks as a youth but as I get older I see the absurdity of setting fire to something to get enjoyment and it keeps me up at night. I need my beauty sleep!

Maybe you just hate loud noises?

I read somewhere that we're born with only two fears. One is loud noises and the other is fear of falling. I'm not sure how true that is, but I found it interesting.

I've never liked those sounds you mention, but more so because of the volume level. Could that be it, or is there more to it?

No, all three represent things that get under my skin. The idea that lighting gun powder jr. to "celebrate" a holiday is bananas. Bad parenting and/or having enough children to label the wife/woman a brood mare is another. And nascar? A complete waste of petroleum and rubber resources whilst rebel flag wearing white nationalist rednecks drink Old Milwaukee and makeout simply make me want to vomit. I'm sure there are exceptions to that rule, I just haven't met them yet.

That all makes sense!
