Vincent Foster was White House counsel in the Clinton administration, and also strongly rumored to have been Hillary Clinton's lover. He died under mysterious circumstances on July 20, 1993, supposedly a suicide at Fort Marcy Park just south of D.C. Eyewitness testimony by Democrat citizen Patrick Knowlton [prorev.com] and physical evidence both contradicted the official story. The mystery is why Republican Special prosecutor Ken Starr, assisted by Brett Kavanaugh (after his predecessor Miguel Rodriguez resigned in protest) stuck to the absurd official story. Some claim that Foster killed himself at the White House and his body was dumped in the park to contain the scandal, perhaps the reason why Republican Ken Starr signed off on the cover-up. Others claim that the physical evidence was incompatible with suicide, so it was murder.
