Another new low today. How are they going to pay for some of the costs of the child separation ? By moving money out of the Ryan White program. In my professional life , I worked with HIV care providers. One of the tasks was submitting data to the Ryan White program. The Ryan White program provides much needed funding to a largely poor patient population. Another day , one more fresh hell.
