Have encountered several fake profiles or scammers trying to get on was wondering if checking IP address could help hinder this some. we would not need their email a simple check that the IP address is at least in the general place of claimed place of claimed residences. A simple cue box to identify a match from IP address transmission to the place of residence. We do know that people travel and the IP is not transmitted from normal routers so would not be caused to block however would make it a reason to question genuinely honest people from scammers. Just read their generic words, fir example calling you "dear" right away, making life plans when you've never even had coffee, and do they actually reply to your specific questions?! Oh, and do they mention money.....
They are All the same, and change addy's like you change clothes anyway.

Not a bad idea there. I have long suspected some members use what's called a "parallel space", which in short clones apps so users could create multiple accounts for multiple cloned apps all on one mobile device. The problem with IP identification aside from the traveling part, is that someone could use a good VPN service to cloak their real one or use a mock location altogether.
