Adrenaline, are you addicted?

What is the thing that excites you? Runners high, extreme sports like bungy jumping or sky diving?
For some people they like the rush of adrenaline.

I find it to be scary. The rush of it makes me nervous and I don't enjoy it at all. It's probably the control freak in me but I would rather walk on a calm gentle path than go rock climbing.

Where do you stand?

It depends on the situation. Adrenaline from fear obviously is unpleasant. From other things it can be exciting. But, like you, I prefer calm overall.

Been shot at and narrowly missed. That was enough adrenaline for me .... Ever!!

When the adrenaline hits on the floor 20 feet from the stage.... it doesn’t always happen, though :/

I love going really fast on my bike and would love skydiving etc but I'm shit scared of heights

I do like a good adrenaline rush , I wouldn't say I'm an addict . I don't handle snakes but I'll bet catching and holding a poisonous snake would be a good one .

I love hiking to high alpine lakes surrounded by white glaciers and jagged mountain peaks. After dark, I look up and feel awed by the glowing Milky Way and billions of sparkling stars. We all need more low-level ecstasy in our lives.

My adrenalin rush comes too fast, too often, to easily. Anxiety does that. I tend to stay cautious. My rush is making good time to work through rush hour.

Not addicted. Have felt it a few times, not often. Not bothered by it. It is what it is.

I kind of get excited right before nap time. I always try to lay down and let it pass. I'd much rather take a slow walk on an easy path, so I can look around and not down.

Firmly on the path !
