In a discussion with someone at a bus stop yesterday I mentioned that I was an atheist and they took a few steps back. Don't want to be too close to that oncoming bolt of lightning eh? Tell me how hard I laughed.

Years ago, a friend of mine had a hand-crafted, gold ring shaped like a wolf's head with ruby eyes. More than once, someone at a bus stop started praying or reading from a bible when they noticed the ring. Sadly, that never brought the bus any faster.
