I am in retail and deal with people on a daily basis. Sometimes people are just so rude that I say nothing and just walk away. (They don't realize that I do this for their sake not mine!!!!!!) One or two have complained to management but luckily I have a boss who is pretty aware of the challenges of dealing with the public. It doesn't make me the most professional retail person out there but I'm ok with that.
