Something thought-provoking I read on line: We have never seen our own faces. We have only seen photos and reflections of it. I can't stop thinking about the truth of that.

I once saw a recording of myself having a coversation at a dinner at someones house. Very eye opening to see yourself as others see and hear you, just being you. It was really different.
