Yep. Just bought a reissue of Wire's "Pink Flag" this weekend. $30 for an LP for a record I originally bought in the late 70's for under $5. The original copy I had on Harvest records is now way out of my price range. D'oh!

I've been raising my hand for ages, but no one is taking any notice!
I lent my brother my best turntable while I wasn't using it – he gave it away or sold it.
Does "can I borrow any turntables that you aren't using" constitute misrepresentation on his part, or naïveté on my part, that I took him at his word?
I'm also missing some albums – The Clash's London's Calling, and something by Husker Du. Both in pristine condition.

I love vinyl. I have a great turntable, but sadly haven't hooked it up for the last 3-4 moves. I really need to get it hooked up, as I have some good stuff to listen to.

I have a pretty good collection of vinyl. Around 200 albums. It would be a lot better if somebody hadn't stolen all my albums back in 1976. There went all my Beatles albums, and tons of other stuff. I've recollected some, either on vinyl or cd.

yep, have around 150 vinyl albums and also a load of 7inch singles, from 60s through to 80s, but don't tend to play them much. mostly prog rock, most of any single artist is Hendrix with 15

I used to have a great vinyl jazz collection. Gave it to a friend when I moved from NM to CO.. Don't ask, it was difficult time.

My collection isnt great yet but I have a few and a set of PA speakers to play them on. I just found a mint original pressing of the Meters Rejuvenation for 20 bucks at the flea market a few weeks ago that looks brand new. So the ‘74 Nawlins funk has been blasting over here for a while lol. Living in the sticks where people wouldnt know their legends of funk from a hole in the ground sometimes has its perks.
