Brooklyn is a long way from Kansas. Was your card stolen at your workplace or did the guy just get your number and start using it? I've been lucky but someone in Canada was always getting the info of my ex and trying to use her card. Good luck with this but it usually works out in your favor.

I think either a website I use or my Xbox got hacked, or someone had a skimmer on a card reader. I always pull on card readers first, so I think it was a hack job. He got the numbers off my card, and maybe made his own card or bought everything online

Just noticed that there are charges from New York and California. FBI comes to mind, when you go to the bank, that is if you have to. Sorry this has happened to you. I would go through your charges on the card and see who may not be legitimate. Or who got hacked.

The California ones are because when you purchase something on your phone it goes through the hq, not local. That is why

Note: I reported it stolen and closed the account this morning, right after the liquor, and before the apple cards went through

Its been off for 4 hours and homeboy still trying to use it

I thought the people who are responsible for making the transaction at the store could make money by getting the card and destroying it. Kate had her walletstolen from our table in a restaurant right in front of us, reached over her shoulder. It was cancelled before he got to the end of a long block and when he tried to use it the clerk at the store took it and cut it in half. Apparently the card company gave him $ten for doing it. If you get charged for any of this I would go to the bank and go ballistic on the manager for bneing complicit i the fraud.

@dalefvictor it's being dealt with, and the guy doesn't actually have the physical card. The bank is going to reimburse all the stolen money

@LadyAlyxandrea far out, that is what I wanted.
