I was under the impression that my ex was having our mids over the next 2 days whilst I'm working nights, but no despite being aware of my off duty for the past month and despite the discussion we've had about it, he's made no arrangements and told me he'd be dropping them off at mine each morning. I have told him before that I can't sleep after nights if they're here, I just can't relax. I'm so pissed off! He's had a month, he has his parents and a brother and sister all within 15 min drive. I have no one! I'm in work in 3hrs no time to rearrange anything! Can't help feeling he knows exactly what he is doing!

These communication games bring out the worst in people. From someone who went through years of it my best advice is try to anticipate it, it's usually fairly predictable, and don't respond in kind. Those who matter will pick up on that eventually.

Nobody can be that useless, so yes - he must know exactly what he's doing! I wish I could suggest a solution, but all I can say is good luck and I hope you manage to preserve some sort of sanity over the next couple of days 😟
