Interesting article. Though i find it a bit disconcerting, how easily misinformation can be spread in this day and age. Not to mention how easily public opinion can be controlled...

I hardly take any media sources at face value these days, too many out there who have an agenda...

There is a lot of controversy about the meaning of second amendment. I as a responsible gun owner for the past 55 years am pro ownership but just as ownership of a cars and computers and other items feel there should be a conversation on the rational limits of gun ownership. I am at odds with the NRA's views.

I can respect that. As one who believes in individual liberty, I think the government regulates enough things, and as long as I'm not bothering anyone or threatening to harm it's honestly no one else's business what I own. People do interpret things differently, I understand that much. In regards to most of the gun control measures that most liberal progressives fight for, they are for the most part futile, what I call "feel good" legislation as criminals (or would be criminals) do not pay any regards to the laws. Banning certain things may not be the route to take, just saying. As for the NRA, can't say I'm a fan of their's myself, as in the past they have gone along with at least one gun control measure. Live and let live I say...

That it would...
